Merlin Entertainments’ Heide Park opened a new land with rides for children, based on the worldwide known movie “How to Train Your Dragon”.

THE RIDES:
Meet Hiccup and Toothless: become an authentic dragon trainer, showing your bravery and learn how to fly through the sky. Are you fearless enough to enter the forbidden Viking cave?
Waterflayer: You can also fly on one of the twelve water flayers, joining the twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut and go over the icy North Sea like a true viking.
Flying is not the only thing you can do on this land: you can also get on the dragon-shaped gondola and take a ride on the water with Grover, Hiccup, Astrid and Toothless.
The Dragon cave: only the bravest and strongest Vikings dare to travel through the forbidden cave. Hop on the boat with your family and explore the dark dragon cave. Along your way you will meet all the dragons and learn a lot about them and their riders.
THE HOTEL:
Even the strongest trainers have to rest. You can spend the night in the dragon themed hotel and enjoy all the creative decorations. In the dragon rooms or the suite, you can watch dragons in the sky through a hole in the ceiling and dream of exciting adventures in the bunk bed.
