CONCEPT DESIGN
All starts with an idea. Your project takes its first steps with our first interview, upon which we draw to discover all the initial guidelines. Always with the commercial success in mind, our ideas go hand in hand with the marketability and the client’s investment return.
DETAIL DESIGN
Details, measurements, distances, colors, scales, visuals and all those aspects that are needed before producing or building a project, are developed from our Design team in conjunction with our Engineering professionals, and the recommendations of our Production Department.

MASTERPLAN
From the very beginning, out goal is to connect all the previous design sections and ready the unified proposal for its final step: the masterplan. Here, everything comes together to form both a general vision of the themed area and detailed designs of its parts.
3D MODELING
Our studio provides 3D renders to facilitate both the understanding of the themed area or piece and its manufacturing.
We create our renders from scratch and we can color and add texture to them for a better view of the project. In addition, you can also provide us with your IPs T-posable figures so that we create a scene with them, together with other elements.
ENGINEERING PRODUCTION
Our engineering team will undertake the entire technical planning and calculations of the projects: topographical plan, foundations, construction drawings for buildings and other structural elements.
Assembly drawings for attractions, technical drawings for themed elements, reference book for themed elements containing descriptions and photos, technical drawings for the electrical system.
Technical drawings for access, parking area, and walkways, description of construction techniques for each element, and the safety plan for construction.
THEMING PRODUCTION
In harmony with avant-garde engineering techniques, our artists manually culminate the themed elements. Thanks to them, characteristic textures and shapes are conferred to bring these elements to life and gain in realism.
We prebuild and install all the elements of the project in our facilities beforehand, testing that everything fits perfectly. We make sure there will not be any problem onsite and we meet our clients deadlines.
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The THEMRISE Project Managers, will supervise each and every aspect playing a role in the execution of the project, from the shipment of materials, passing through the hiring of suppliers and personnel, to the installation of themed and structural elements. All this is carried out in close collaboration with the Project Management, with which they will maintain a fluent communication and report on progress and evolution of the construction.
